We are helping companies with their new office setups from networks, PC's and servers to their internet connections, VPN and phone systems. We liaise directly with many vendors and resellers to get the best deals on PC's, Servers, Networking solutions, Firewalls, Internet Solutions, Phone Systems and other communication methods. We will also manage existing setups which we have not installed; these are subject to our inspection and health checks being performed. We will connect to your office everyday using VPN software, if required, to do health checks on your system and help with backups, restores, anti-virus updating, windows patches etc.

Our hours of operation are from 0800-2000hrs Monday to Friday. As part of your retained services agreement we will initially call to try to fix the fault over the phone, if the problem can not be resolved over the phone our staff will either go to site, or dial in using VPN software. Our IT staff will then either stay on site or dialled in until the issue is resolved or progressed to a level which is being dealt with by a third party. We can also manage any IT projects for you, from installation of new software, upgrading PC's and servers to complete office moves.

Clients of Qualitas-IT Limited benefit from having either a predefined number of hours support per month, or unlimited support included in their retained services agreement. On the 1st day of each calendar month the predefined number of hours support for that month are started again.
