McAfee Data Loss Prevention (DLP)

The McAfee Data Loss Prevention product monitors and tracks content across your organization. Using the DLP Management Console you configure DLP policies, which are then distributed via Active Directory to the DLP agents.

The DLP agent monitors and can potentially block file copying, emails, web activity, printers, Plug&Play devices, TCP/IP communications, copy/paste operations, and Print Screen operations.

The agent reports all activities that are prohibited by the DLP policy. In the case of a policy violation, an evidence file is collected and copied to the Evidence server for review by the security administrator.
