Global Relay - Message Archiving Solutions
Qualitas-IT partners with Global Relay Communications to offer our customers an industry leading email archiving and compliance solution.
The Global Relay Message Archiver provides secure, offsite message archiving and long term storage with online access. An authentic copy of all incoming, internal and outgoing electronic data, including email and attachments and any legacy imported email is captured and unified in the Message Archiver for web-based search, retrieval and monitoring.
Why archive?
- Liability: Establish supervisory controls to enforce email usage policies in order to reduce legal risks and improve employee awareness of the related legal exposure.
- Preserving Evidence: Email, considered by many lawyers to be the "digital smoking gun" of litigation and often referred to as "evidence mail," can be legally admissible as evidence in a lawsuit and is frequently the principal focus of electronic discovery. Businesses have an affirmative legal obligation to preserve all evidence relating to a dispute as soon as the potential for litigation arises.
- Retention: Ensure records are available for review by regulators and auditors. Archiving is based on your organisation's policies but litigation consequences often warrant email being archived for up to seven years and beyond.
- Search and Retrieval: The Message Archiver provides rapid search and retrieval via full-text indexing of all email and attachments
